Session Assignments Have Been Emailed

Pelham Music Festival has again attracted a broad range of performers and we’ve been working hard to group our young musicians to build a balanced and mutually-supportive program for #PMF26. You may notice that the morning schedule looks a little different from prior years — we have done our best to ensure that everyone who is also in SOOP will be able to make it to their rehearsal, which has been scheduled for the same day.

Please make a careful note of the session check-in and start times below, and plan to arrive in good time, to allow for PMF Portraits to be taken.
Note: Session times have changed from last year!

  • Session 1: starts at 8:30 AM –> check in at 8:00 AM
  • Session 2: starts at 10:15 AM –> check in at 9:45 AM
  • Session 3: starts at 1:00 PM –> check in at 12:30 PM
  • Session 4: starts at 3:00 PM –> check in at 2:30 PM
  • Session 5: starts at 5:00 PM –> check in at 4:30 PM
  • Session 6: starts at 7:00 PM –> check in at 6:30 PM

Note: Performers also participating in Pelham Schools ensembles will need to arrive 15 minutes earlier than the check-in times shown below, to allow for the group photo.

Performers and their families can attend any (or all) other sessions in addition to their own. Only adults need tickets – kids get in free. Additional tickets may be purchased here, or in person on the day. (Remember that if you paid for registration, you will already have some tickets – please check before buying more.)
